Attention Transfer Students: 2025-26 Transfer Forms are located on the school website and must be completed by every transfer student each year. Please be sure to visit cowan.k12.in.us to complete the digital form or to download a printable form. Forms are also available in the school office.

The Big Idea is a program that may offer meat, fruits and vegetables, refrigerated and frozen items and/or dry goods along with other community resources. The next Big Idea giveaway will be May 15 from 5-7 p.m. Please bring bags to take food home. Please park by and enter door #7. All families with a child in Cowan Schools are welcome.
2025-2026 REGISTRATION DATES FOR NEW STUDENTS
- Monday, July 28th - 9-11 a.m. & 1-3 p.m.
- Tuesday, July 29th - 9-11 a.m., 1-3 p.m., & 4-7 p.m.
- Wednesday, July 30th - 9-11 a.m.
Elementary class lists will be posted on Monday, July 28th.
Back to School Night
- Monday, August 4, from 6:00-7:00 p.m.

- Wednesday, August 6
